Why the agent says it does not know.
Architecting Intelligence
Where this came from
Arsita started with a frustration, not an idea.
We kept seeing the same pattern: a company would buy technology from a vendor who had never actually used it themselves. The proof of concept would work. Everyone would get excited. Then reality would show up, and the thing would fall apart.
The technology was rarely the problem. The problem was that nobody was designing systems to survive contact with reality.
What we built
So the product was built around the moment that goes wrong. Not the demo, where an agent is asked a question somebody already knew the answer to, but the first real week, when a stranger asks something nobody anticipated and a reply goes out with your name on it.
The other half of it is the distance between somebody and an agent that would help them. OpenClaw and Hermes are open and free, and they are what your agent runs on here. Running one yourself means the server is yours, and the upgrades, and the model bill, and the signature checks on every channel, and the writing of the role itself. Most people never get past that, and the ones who do are rarely the ones who needed it most.
So nothing here is installed and nothing is built. You pick a role, it arrives already knowing its job, and you work with it the way you message anybody else.
What none of them do is guess. Each one answers from what you told it, says so when it does not know, and hands the rest to you. And the one that answers people who do not know you spends its first two weeks writing replies you read before anybody sends them.
The short version
All of it, in under two minutes.
What an agent costs to run yourself, what arrives instead, and why it is built the way it is.
How we think.
Say it straight
We would rather lose a deal by being honest than win one by overpromising. If there is a simpler way, we say so. If an agent is not the right answer, we tell you before you spend money finding out.
Do not sell what has not run
A role goes on the price list after it has answered real messages, not after it has passed a test. A channel is listed once its adapter is written and never before, because a way in that drops messages is worse than no way in at all. The first rule is why the catalogue is short. The second is why the list of channels is not.
Leaving should be easy
This is a managed service, so the agent runs on our infrastructure rather than yours. What is yours is the part that matters: your knowledge, your conversations, and every reply that was ever sent, exportable whenever you ask. Staying should be a decision you keep making, not one you cannot undo.
