Services

Arsita provides managed intelligent agent services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between Arsita and the client. These general terms apply in addition to any service agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or signing up for services.
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with our systems.

Intellectual property

The Arsita website, brand, and original content are owned by Arsita. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

For client engagements: upon delivery and full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all code, documentation, and configurations created for them, as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of liability

Arsita provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that our agents or systems will be error-free at all times. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, as defined in the service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access to our website or services if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
