Ten more channels
ProductAn agent can now answer on Instagram, Messenger, LINE, Slack, SMS, Google Chat, Zalo, Twitch, Matrix and Mattermost, alongside the website widget, WhatsApp, Telegram and a plain webhook. Each one had to be written rather than switched on, which is why they arrived together and not one a month. One agent still answers on one channel, so a second channel means a second agent, and the two weeks apply to each of them separately. The rule for this list has not moved: a channel appears once its adapter works. What moved is where the number lives. This site spent most of the day the other ten shipped still saying four, and two of its answers had gone from stale to wrong, so every count on it is now read off the list rather than typed into a headline.

Two-factor sign-in, and a way out with your data
ProductA password was the whole of the door to an account holding every conversation your customers have had with you. It is not any more: you can add a second factor from your account settings. Separately, you can now export what is yours, which is your knowledge, your conversations, and every reply ever sent. Deletion was here from the start and portability was not, and those are two different rights. Leaving should be a decision you can act on the day you make it.

A cap on what an agent can spend
ProductReplies draw down credits on top of the monthly price, and a reply that had to work harder now costs more than one that did not, so a quiet month is genuinely cheaper than a busy one. What that needed was a ceiling. You set a cap per agent, and an agent that runs away costs you the cap rather than a surprise at the end of the month.
