Privacy Policy
Who we are
Arsita, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, runs a hosted service that businesses use to hire and operate AI agents. This policy explains how we handle data when you visit our website or use that service.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Here is what we may collect:
- Contact information you provide voluntarily when you email us or fill out a form (name, email, message content).
- Usage data (pages viewed, browser type, device type), and only if you accepted analytics when you were asked. Decline and none of it is collected. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
- Service data processed by agents on your behalf when you use our services, as defined in your service agreement.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you requested.
- To improve our website and services based on usage patterns.
- To send updates if you subscribed to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
Data storage and security
Service data is stored on Cloudflare, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each client's conversations sit in their own database object, which holds no key to anybody else's.
Nothing in the product expires a conversation on a schedule, so we cannot quote you a retention period. Your data stays until you erase the account, and erasing it removes the conversations, the containers and the stored payloads as well as the rows.
Sub-processors
Which companies receive data passing through Arsita, what each one gets, and where, is set out on the sub-processors page. It names the model vendor that writes every reply, states what we cannot offer today, and lists the vendors that are built in and have never received a request.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Cookies and analytics
The site keeps two things in your browser without asking: your dark mode preference, and the answer you gave to the banner. Neither leaves your device and neither identifies you.
Google Analytics is the only other thing, and it is not loaded until you accept. Until then no request is made to it, so there is nothing to disable and nothing was recorded. If you accept, it tells us which pages get read and how people arrive. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell analytics data to anyone.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
