It works for one named person and learns how they work. When it does not know, it comes back and asks rather than guessing on their behalf.
What it is allowed to do

On its own
- Reads what its principal has connected to it
- Drafts a reply, a message or an agenda for them to send
- Says what it could not find, instead of filling the gap

- Sending anything to anybody. Not built yet, so it drafts and stops

- Speaks to a customer on a channel; it answers one person and nobody else
- Commits its principal to a time, a price or a decision

This agent answers on one of them. A second channel is a second agent.
What it costs

The monthly price covers the agent. Replies draw down credits on top of it, and you set a spending cap per agent, so a month that goes strangely costs you the cap rather than a surprise. A quiet month costs less than a busy one.
