Every role

Your customers · Front desk

Knowledge assistant

It answers the questions you get twenty times a day. Opening hours, what you sell, whether something is in stock, where you are. All from what you told it, and it hands over anything you did not.

$39 per month, plus credits for replies

Before it answers anyone

For two weeks it writes, and sends nothing.

Every real message reaches it. It prepares the reply it would have sent, and then stops. The reply goes into a queue for you instead of to the person who asked. This is what one looks like:

WhatsApp · •••• •••• ••31 21:14

hi, are you open tomorrow? need to pick up my order

Draft

We are open 9am to 5pm tomorrow. What name is the order under? I will have it ready before you arrive.

Held back for you. Nobody read this

You read them, mark the ones that were wrong, and fill the gaps they expose. Nothing reaches a customer during this period, whatever the agent has been told, because the send path is closed rather than discouraged. At the end you decide. If the drafts are not good enough, it never speaks to anyone.

What it is allowed to do

Three ladders, written down before you hire it.

These are this role's own, and they are the words the product is held to rather than a summary of them. What it may decide alone, what it has to bring to you, and what it never does whatever it is told.

On its own

  • Answers a question from what you have published to it
  • Says it does not know, and offers the question to a person

Only with you

Nothing, and the empty column is the answer rather than a gap. This role has no way to act on your business, so there is nothing waiting on you. A rung invented here to balance the other two would be a capability it does not have.

Never

  • Promises anything on your behalf: no price, discount, refund, appointment or deadline
  • Guesses at availability, eligibility or policy

Every role writes its own three, and they differ: "never" means one thing for a front desk and another for somebody's calendar. These are the ones this agent runs on.

Where it answers

Fourteen ways in. Nothing for anyone to install.

Nothing to set up

Website widget

A chat box on your own site. We issue the key and you name the sites allowed to use it, so there is nothing of yours for us to hold.

One value, and it is running

Telegram · Webhook

Telegram is one token from @BotFather. A webhook is one address, and it is how n8n, Make or your own software brings in anything we do not list here.

An account you already have

WhatsApp · Instagram · Messenger · LINE · Slack · SMS · Google Chat · Zalo · Twitch

You have the account already. Connecting it is a few values copied out of the console you administer it from. WhatsApp is the long one, because Meta asks that paperwork of every business.

A server you run

Matrix · Mattermost

Your own homeserver or your own Mattermost, connected as an application service. Your team keeps the messages on infrastructure you control.

This agent answers on one of them. A second channel is a second agent.

What it costs

$39 a month, and a cap you set.

The monthly price covers the agent. Replies draw down credits on top of it, and you set a spending cap per agent, so a month that goes strangely costs you the cap rather than a surprise. A quiet month costs less than a busy one.

What you do

  1. 1 Tell it about your business: hours, what you sell, your policies, and anything it must never promise on your behalf.
  2. 2 Connect a channel. Telegram takes one token and a minute; WhatsApp takes the Meta paperwork every business does.
  3. 3 Read what it drafts for two weeks, and release it when the drafts are right.

When it is wrong

It hands over, and it writes down what it did not know.

It escalates

A question it should not answer stops, and whoever you nominated is told, with the conversation attached.

Gaps are recorded

What it could not answer becomes a list you can go and fill, rather than a guess nobody sees.

Every reply has a cause

What went out, to whom, and which version of your knowledge produced it.

Not the right role for

A shop that needs an agent to check live stock or take payment. This one answers from what you wrote down; it does not reach into your systems.

Two weeks of drafts, then you decide.

$39 a month, in English or Indonesian. You can stop it in one click.
